    Default Rob Roy Hillclimb

For anyone in Victoria the Rob Roy Interclub Hillclimb is on tomorrow.
Competing that I know of are:
    Clio Sport x 2
Alpine A110 (at least one if not two)
Peugeot 30something - yes it's running under the RCCV banner
    My 17G
    Possibly an R4

Hopefully the sun comes out at some stage - so come along and cheer the RCCV.
I'll do another post tomorrow night when it's over.

    Cheers..Paul

    Hi guys,
The final line up was as follows:
    R4
    R17G
    Megane RS265
    Megane RS275
    Clio Sport x 2
    Alpine A110 x 2
    Peugeot 306 GTI

The track was extremely slippery - especially early. There was a few adventurous moments and some definite "field ploughing" done by the RCCV. One bad off but generally a good day had by all. I didn't stay for the final results but I was happy with a PB especially given the track conditions. Mt Tarrangower is hopefully my next event if they accept my registration.
Various photos are around if you are on the CAMS Facebook or RCCV Facebook pages.

My biggest technical issue of the day was I installed the new Go Pro camera the wrong way around. So I have lovely footage of my facial expressions.....ooops

When's the next interclub on Paul? I'lol hopefully and have the Fuego running (and sorted) by then. Although the 12 might be an option too.

Did John Hardy manage to hold out Colin Stark in the A110 competition, or is Colin's rebuilt monster just too much mumbo?

Good photo of Paul returning to the pits after just doing his personal best time of 29.31. Giving us a big thumbs up. Thanks Mikee Elliott for the photo.

Bugger, I didn't get back from O/S until Sunday, missed opportunity to throw the Europa at both of the A110s and see how it panned out. Should be back for the next round, just have a short visit to the Nurburgring to fit in

OK so I might not have done too flash with the Go Pro on it's first outing but I've had a go at loading it to Youtube.

    Hahahah Brilliant!

I love the twitches of smiles every now and then on your otherwise sturdy business like demeanour

Looks like fun! Kenny come on lets do this! You can borrow my helmet! Your head's as big as mine.

Well done paul. whist a fairly simple track layout the reverse angle shows how much work is still required to keep on track.
    The sound is great.
