I wouldn't knock it back either, but I do prefer the Fregate version.

Have you got the garaging figured out yet?

If you are not careful, you could earn the reputation for being a vintage car tart

I'll figure out the garaging issue but can you bring the car in question back with you..?

    Thanks in advance.

If I am bringing anything back it will be the very nice DS Cabriolet I spotted yesterday. Pity this device wont let me load the photos.

    Default Other Nervasports

    Hi,

These photos are from "Renault" by Hector Mackenzie-Wintle and published by Suttons publishing Ltd 1998. I hope the printing is legible.

Such a sad case. I can't criticize, just observe....

I lust after these... It isn't a Nervasport but it is sensationally gorgeous. One of Renault Historique's glories IMHO. And just LOOK at the size of the front brake drums.

What happens when it rains with those 4CV police cars? Do they just get wet?

I'd say that is a "yes"! If you live somewhere with lots of rain (think central Mount Lofty Ranges or northern Europe!) I guess you get used to that. It's colder rain in northern Europe though.

No Graeme, go for broke! A proper big Renault, straight-8, Monte Carlo winning performance etc.

Oooh! I'd love one of those but don't know if my pockets would be deep enough, who knows what one would be worth even if one could be found.

Yes.... I don't actually know how many they made (hundreds or a few thousand?) but I've always imagined few survived WW2 and the Occupation, then the subsequent years of austerity. it's a 5-litre straight 8 (side-valve). I've said elsewhere I want one for special occasions.

    Cheers
