Default Air vent ducting - R8

I need to replace the crappy cardboard air vent ducting on my R8.
It's black, around 100mm (4"). I was hoping to find some of that metalised ducting that is relatively flexible and concertined.

Looking at the various auto factors websites - Supercheap, Autobahn, Repco and they don't seem to have anything suitable that large.

Where have you obtained yours from for those who may have already done it?

They probably have a distributor near you.

If's not flexible enough then use this: 4' 100mm X 6M Aluminium Silver Ducting FAN Duct X 2 | eBay

Is there another R8/10 that could donate a pair? They rarely seem to deteriorate.

    Simon,
I'd love to keep it for originality but I've just had to pull the dash out to repair an electrical issue and it didn't survive the work. The ones in the R10 are in worse shape.
I figure they are buried underneath the dash and barely visible, so function over originality.

In Qld., we have a chain called Tony Powell's. It sells tubing of many sizes, construction and heat ratings. I used some in my Caravelle and it has been excellent, a plastic that takes 100Deg and holds its own and stands the rigours of being threaded through the holes. See if there is a store near you

I ended up getting some black rubber ducting from Clark rubber.
Thanks to all for the suggestions.
