    Default Pedders Midland Series

Come Sunday will be Rd 2 of this years series. Hope the rain gods are on holiday!
Checked oil, water & tyres. Fitted a new battery with 25% more grunt & 9 kilo's lighter, that should be worth a couple of tenths.

I'll be there in a blue clio and possibly a mate in a silver one. We have a garage booked but hopefully it won't rain. See you there.

    Cheers

I'll be bringing a go pro. Can also grab a digital camera and record some video of you if there is time between our groups.

Well, 7am Winton Motor Raceway, fog so thick you couldn't see the other side of the complex. At least it wasn't raining. Fog cleared enough for morning warmup by 'bout 10am, a bit slippery. First session saw a dry line appearing & one spin, but I won't send a invoice for grass mowing. Changed from rear tread to semi-slicks & best lap for the rest of day 1:46:45. Happy with that & finished with nil damage, good day!

Good day up at Winton yesterday once the fog cleared. Managed to get slightly quicker each session and got down to 1:47.1 which annoyingly equals my pb. Was hoping to get down into the 46s. Anyway it was enough to take out Class A on the day.

Nice to meet you Roger, here are a couple of videos of the Bingham in action from my phone. I'll check my camera tonight and see if I have any others.
