Default Scenic - Radio/Clock display bulb replacement

    Heya,

Does anyone know the correct procedure as to how to replace the bulbs which are behind the clock/radio screen in a MK1 Scenic?

When driving last weekend, both of them went out. I can see that the screen still works in the sunlight, but it is a PITA trying to work out what I'm listening to at night....

    What I need to know:

    a) What bulbs I need...?

    b) What tools I need to bring to SA...?

    c) How do I get the display out...?

    Cheers,

    Joel.

    Cheers guys - much appreciated!

They had guides without photos - I couldn't fathom the idea of the dashboard just pulling out after removing 2 torx screws...! Seems like it does afterall!

There are photos but you have to be signed in to see them.

I too was surprised how easy it was to remove the dash top.

Aren't renault good to us when it comes to designing dash access.

That corner piece that pulls out is perfect for hard mounting a phone holder onto.
