Have a look at Paris with Google maps street view and the images are crystal sharp. The address, I suspect that it was in the text associated with the first image.

It was the address that had me stumped. Lots of street cafes in Paris! Street view is just amazing - we used it to find a house in rural Hungary with complete success.

So true, mate of mine bought a old yank tank from USA. Part of his research he had a look at the sellers address in Google Street view and the said car was in the driveway of the owners home. It was not the only check he did, but that gave him confidence that the seller actually had the car.

Here's a Fregate in Vietnam. Notice the US marines in the back ground

    I'd say that's an R1101 of about 1956

It's Betty alright. Sans Phil. She visited the factory and, if I recall, was given a Dauphine - someone in UK wrote something about the car a couple of years back, somewhere.... That'd be Pierre Dreyfus just behind her?

I'd guess early 1960s before things got uglier. I saw an army green Peugeot 203 in Vientiane a few years back.

Perhaps Phil was told to stay home so he didn't upset the French with one of his famous gaffs..

Funny how they try to make it look old, but it doesn’t actually look like it used to. Maybe you should email them the original pic Mr G

The French can’t spell English words properly either, they won’t know.

Meet Doris and Marlina, twin sisters I'm guessing, Marlina being the shy one.

    Further to the above.

The astute observer would of course notice the poverty pack Domaine does not have the fancy metal pinch mould behind the mudguards that the sedans have, instead just a plain generic plastic one.
