    I agree, although I wouldn't mind the chopped two door once the undercoat was painted over, preferably in black or dark blue

    Perhaps this Chapron coupe would be closer to what we are looking for.

    How about a 1959 Transfluide. Not sure what colour it is (green, grey, off-white) but it sure is pretty, as much as a Fregate can be.

    What are those things on the top of the front guards?
    They look like wing mirrors with the heads removed.
    The white R17 looks good too. A very under-rated colour for the R17's.
