Default Samsung Motors - life's not easy

Confirmed by the absence of any real negative experiences on this Forum from owners of Koleos or Latitudes, one would think that they are doing a good job.
Unfortunately Korea is suffering economically as is Europe and sales of Samsung Motors are down 40%. They are talking of a 15% reduction in the work force.
News reports in France suggest that Renault are thinking of moving the control from France to Nissan in Japan.
I can't see that that will make any difference to the cars as they are only badge engineered from a mix of Nissan, Renault and Samsung technologies.

Gerry we hear of very few issues with these types of Renault on here. It might be due to Aussiefroggers not actually buying these possibly?

Koleos , Fluence and latitude have proven to be good solid reliable cars.
I know multiple staff here have bought koleos as family car (ones that work for other franchises ).

I had a Fluence for nearly 2 years ....issue free . They appear to be just a well screwed together car .

I wonder if any Renault Koleos are affected by the Nissan Dualis recall due to steering wheels falling off?

They seem by all appearances to be not only different cars but different steering wheels, although Renault and Nissan share a purchasing arm. And the word is wheel, not wheels!

I have no problem with the site, it probably requires approval from anyone registering from overseas. My experience running a forum has been an uphill battle to keep out raids from eastern European sources.
