    have got a lot of parts for the gti now! should i take the power stering? the rear beam?

    The power steering bits are different between the Si and GT AFAIK, and the rear beams have thinner torsion bars.

    P-S the same as far as I can tell, I have fitted both and didn't see any difference.
    Makes a massive difference, you really do have much more control over the car.
    Yes, torsion bars smaller by .5mm and ARB is 3mm smaller but it is the trailing arms you are after, probably only 1 in 3 is any good in the shaft area.
