Hi All,
Brand new Peugeot 206 owner here. I was wondering if there is any advice on the peugeot specialists mechanics with great reputation that won't cost an arm or a leg like Trivett (the official Peugeot servicers).
I live in Greystanes (Sydney's west near Merrylands and Parramatta).
Also, I work in North Ryde / Macquarie Park area.
Does anyone know reputable Peugeot mechanics in either of these areas?

You could try Colliers on James Ruse Drive Granville. I've been there a couple of times for minor work (A clutch cable, and heater hose). I've heard good things about them from other forum members.

Close-ish.....P504 in Waitara. They still operating? It's been 8yrs since I made my tree change.....
I bought a gearbox mount off P504 Services a few weeks ago. The chap there was most friendly and helpful :)

Yes...well, we all have different experiences with some of these places, it seems! I can, however, recommend P Q Automotive at 5 Smith Street, Chatswood. To the OP: Is there anything specifically due for attention on the car? If not, then you should have plenty of choices. For a basic oil/filter you might even speak to Tuffy in Epping - they'd be well placed for you to complete the journey to work by train/bus.

I can second the recommendation for PQ at Chatswood. Good people. I work at North Ryde (next to North Ryde Station) and it's a quick easy train/bus trip to PQ.

i have been a customer of Citromet for many years. They are located at 46 Larra st, Yennora, 02 9721 1889.
Tom Dolan, proprietor specialises in Citroen, but works on Peugeot and Renault (and if it's quiet, jap stuff too). You may find his hourly rate a little higher than your local garage, but Tom does quality work.
He is old school in his approach to working on cars, stands by his work. He also has all of the modern equipment to handle the later model cars.
I have sent quite a few customers his way and all have been very satisified with his work.
