Tinted windows eh, sounds suspicious, after all a 203 is a perfect getaway car - I saw him officer, drove away in a Morris Minor. Or if the witness is up on his cars, a Jowett Javelin.

I entered the 2011 Pageant motorkhana at Canberra and got flogged by a 203 , so being smart I did not attend this year.

    Tinted windows in the UK?

Certainly wouldn't be needed because of any sun.

The 605 truck was well driven though came in just behind me in the 2011 motorkhana.

I thought he was going to run out of fuel, no long range tank fitted .

Would take a good V6 to beat the 205 in a motorkhana (Not Patrick's though!) .

So, I got around to putting up some pictures.

In terms of the Pageant, I've never seen much discussion about it on AussieFrogs since I've been a member. It doesn't ever seem to rate any attention on here.

Keith Bridge, it was his brother's race car many years ago I believe.
Keith also has an immaculate early 203 and an ex rally car with the tail chopped off, this has twin sidedraft Webers and really was the noisiest car I've ever been in!

    Hmmmmm....

    Albury you say??

Albury means I can easily grab say 5 pugs from my storage facility 30mins north on the Hume and take them. Other option is go to Perth for the band champs and beat "Bowie" in the trombone solos...mmmmmm dilemma....

Fabulous, it's good to see they didn't only make ugly cars I didn't think poogoe were capable of making a car with any style about it

Driving in the motorkhana..... Nah dont' do that, someone with something really low powered that knows there car backwards with embarrass you big time..... Eg: A little GS killing the CX .... The CX does a bloody good imitation of a parallel plough as you try to pick between the two available options "trenching" with the turbo howling away and the front wheels spinning like crazy..... or doubling the size of the corners everyone else took with the big wheels sssslllllllliiiiiiiiiidddddddiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggg, where as the early low powered stuff cuts into the surface with it's skinny little mountain bike tires and turns

Some fantastic photos! You can really get a sense of the driving in some of them... I see a bit of sideways!

Come to Perth! We can can go for a cruise if you drive your pug over!

Also, which band do you play with? There seems to be a few brass bandies around here! I'm from Sutherland Shire Brass.
