    Default 208

I am in Paris at the moment and was walking down the Champs Elysee and came across a Peugeot shop. I walked in to find on display 2 x 208's - a 3 door and a 5 door - and a topless concept car.

The 208 looks sensational. If this lives up to the expectations it will be a very popular number.
The interior looks very swish and the styling is brilliant in the flesh.

Oh, and they had a dark green 205GTi on the floor aussi!

There are 308 touring HDi's everywhere as taxis, so for all the people who knock their reliability, they cant be that bad.

Saw an 807 people mover as well!

    This is Peugeot heaven!

Half your luck -mate of mine spent a whole day there some years ago -not enough hours in the day was his comment.
Best of all if you can go to L'Aventure Peugeot [Mussee?]-Apparently it is a long haul to get there & I reckon a week may be sufficient for Pug. nuts.

    Pekay.

The Peugeot Salon on Champes de Elysee always has a few treats in there. I was there when they had the 407 from the Taxi film and the majority of the cast.

    Great atmosphere in there.

I think the 208 will be a much needed success for Peugeot.

Im looking forward to the 208 on Aussie roads. It seems to have better reviews so far than the 508. There are still some qualms about the transmission though.
