Default pulled ouy the 205 to wash it

after i got the 205 back from the spray painters I didn't put a car cover on it.
The dust built up and then I couldn't put one on it .
so I finally had enough of it looking like no one ownes it,
so I pulled it out of the garage and gave it a wash.
and after reading the thread on rtsnoz new 205 build it makes me want to get it done even more
    regards jamie

it has been a little while
I am collecting bits and peices.
and I haven't made my mind up in regards to what shock to use
    bilstein's,
    standard or group n
    koni's
I was going to have the front springs reset 20 mm lower than standard
I dont want the ride to be to hard (I must be showing my age)
    regards jamie

I like my KW Variant 2's, they are a bit pricey but very adjustable and re-buildable.
Good choice of project - engine and colour etc.

looks nice, id go with group N but if you dont want your ride too hard maybe go with a softer shock like the bilstins or koni's.

    Looking super nice.

In mine I've put eibach's in the front, and they are substantially bouncier than the reset standard springs I was previously using. I'm considering (not decided yet), about going back to the reset springs.

For shocks, I put standard bilsteins in the front, and pug GTI6 shocks in the rear.

Overall, I'm pretty happy. I still need to upgrade my torsion bars in the rear though... The balance between the front/rear isn't great.
