Default Priming bulb - 405 srdt

I am using a friend's 405 SRDT (used to be mine). To get it to start normally, it is necessary to pump the priming bulb about eight times, generally only first thing every day. Once that is done it will start OK until the next day.

I think this has been mentioned before on here - any clues or thread references?

    thanks

it's not normal top do it

the non return valve has gone in it allowing the pressure to drop off overnight

you can buy generic new ones from a diesel place and fit it, i know the one in town here has them in stock and i have used them on others cars in the past and cheaper than OEM units
