Default Recent accessories shopping for 206

Recently bought a steel strut brace from Gti2 website for $150 including airfreight and one week delivery.
Lots of other interesting stuff on their websites.

Just order a set of Advanti demons in 17x7 Offset 25mm from Tyrepower. Apparently they have 15 inch wheels as well in Peugeot sizes. I am going to fit some over size Tyres 215/45R17 Hankook for track work

    Brett,

From what I see you have yourself a group N ECU, can you simply plug that in the car or is some programming required?

On the wheels front how are the 215/45's going? Is there any rubbing on the inside. Reason I ask is that I had some 205/50/16's and they would rub on the rearinside against the inside bodywork under a load (ie a person or two in the back) or hard cornering.

    The wheels look really cool!

It's Group N ecu. It doesn't raise rev limit but ignores anti-pollution faults etc.
Plugs straight in just needs BSI programmed for new unit number.

Regarding tyres the plastic inner guards are removed.
Don't have to worry about load in rear as there is no back seat, due to the bolt in cage installed.
Also it has GAZ adjustable suspension so there is not a lot of movement.
The spring adjusting nuts just clear the tyres at the front. May look at squatter springs.
Trying to get it ready for Adelaide Hills Tarmac Rally.

With a run a shake down at Mallala before hand.
We will probably enter the thoroughbred class this year and enter the fast end next year, as we only have L2S licenses currently.

Still need to sort out ESP/ABS removal too.
