Should be in the owners handbook re. oil capacity. Are you topping up or refilling? As an indicator, from the min level on the dipstick, to the max, is probably around 0.5 litres.

Coolant; should be a min and a max mark on the overflow bottle, this is the level when cold.

If its anything like my 180 you cant see the coolant level through the white plastic. One mechanic I know suggested using a bit of cloth to put down the reservoir so you know where the level is and go from there.

It's in your owners manual under "Practical Information" and then "Checking Fluid Levels".

At a more basic level, put in a little at a time, wait a minute, wipe the dipstick and check it. Practice until you get the hang of it.

Coolant level on the 206 is very hard to see. You may find that using a torch or shaking the bottle (so you can see the fluid moving a bit) might help you see the coolant level. Don't feel you need to add coolant just because - it it's between min and max it should be fine.
    Regards,

    Simon
