Default 306 s16 pink slip advice - engine mounts!!

I've gotta get my 306 s16 pink slipped (NSW) next week, and I'm just worried I'm not gonna pass! The car seems to have the common 306 loose engine mount problem and the driver's window regulator is also broken, so the window won't go down! Are these failable offences?

Does anyone know of a list of what they check for with a pink slip so I could get everything ready?? And maybe even a sensible and reasonable mechanic somewhere around the north shore??

have you tried changing the driver side window switch with the passenger side?

top engine mount is easy to see reasonably easy to change

It's not the switch, it's the regulator - it's swallowed the cable!

Top is easy, does that mean bottom is impossible??

Bottom mount is difficult as it has to be pressed in !
top mount is bolt on from memory

    Mounts are not impossible, no.

P504 Services at Waitara and PQ Automotive at Chatswood are both good independent Peugeot mechanics in the North Shore area.

    I'm sure there are others.

I've never seen them check a window during any of my pink slips. Often they just do the brake test and don't even bother checking the lights.
