yer mate she is an 02. Had just under 100000ks on it when i got her, just over now.

So what are a few good mods? I was thinking that the stock intake is a bit of an abortion so that was going to be my next target.

Hi Compns8, Love the HID look from that photo, nice photography there. Sadly they're illegal in Queensland, so I have to stick to blueish halogens. Do you notice any scatter/glare with your HIDs?

the HID globes are perfect in it. The light they put off is amazing!! They dont blind anyone either ( tried it out on my misses in her low car, parents in normal and mates 4x4 and none of them got blinded). They are only some fairly cheap ones but Im extremely happy with them.

Picture is from today after i finished the black head lights ( almost ever one of my cars gets this treatment)

    Did you fit them yourself?

How about some info and pics on the process - what's in the kit, where you put everything, etc?

Yep Its dead easy to fit yourself. Its all plug and play mate and no mods are needed at all. There isnt really a process to doing it. The globe are a direct fit. When ordering you state what globe it takes and then it comes with all the correct plugs ect. The only extra wire you sometimes need to run is a simple earth line. They couldnt be easier!

If anyone is interested I get mine supplied to me from a guy in aus for dirt cheap so if anyone wants the contact let me know

Sorry, I was under the impression you were talking about Xenons which I thought required ballasts and extra wiring.

So what globes are you talking about?

That is exactly what they are mate. Everyone is under the impression they are a mission to wire up but truth is they are dead easy and any idiot with even the slightest Knowledge of cars would be able to do it

    http://maxvisionaus.blogspot.com/201...ion-guide.html

Hope that might help a little for ya mate. I swear its dead easy and took me maybe an hour to do 3 set in my car

    Hey guys, UPDATE time

Just finished getting her lowered. Used king springs in the front and the usual adjustments to the bars in the rear and got a nice result

I personally think the front needs to come down a little lower and kiss the kerbs but we have already fitted the lowest springs we can get some a set of coil overs might be on the books. I will wait and see how the new springs settle over the next week

Also I got the new carbon fiber rear spoiler on there a week or 2 ago, I like it anyways...

So anyways here is some pics and is anyone might be needing a new set of front shock towers with lowered king springs to suit a 206, hit me up as they might be on the market
