Yep. They're also stupidly expensive and not really suited to road cars. However because there is little play in them, they maintain suspension geometry better than bushes.

Heath, are any of those control arm bushes the rear bush on the lower front control arm? I've been chasing this for ages now and no luck.

I've tried my local dealership, and they're not able to source these peugeotsport ones..at least that's what they've told me several times The bushes they've been getting are crap..way softer than the ones that came on the car new, and last only a year or so. There are 3 mechanics here in SA all having the same problem with the new soft crappy bushes they're getting now.

Have you been able to get the bushes for your car yet, and if so, what are they like?

Also, and I'm being a pain in the arse, but if you can source the bush I need, I'd be forever grateful if you can post it over to me if it's not too much trouble. Naturally I'd cover all costs.

I am looking for the same part woudl you believe... Not too keen on spending a reasonable amount of money to replace it with a standard item only for it to fail again within a few years...

if you order them over the net, they will be able to deliver them to the peugeot dealership it says so on there webpage...

also call peugeot aussie, and ask them about. i've found i've needed to really push the dealership part departments as it goes in the too hard basket...

i haven't ordered any as i had my cambelt tear and spent 850 on that... unexpectedly...

The Powerflex agents in NZ (ralliart) will do the 205 GTi bushes for slightly less than they would be from the UK according to a response I had from them today.

The only parts Powerflex offer for the 306 is
Front Wishbone bush 2 per car $38 ea plus GST
Front Lower engine mount 1 per car $71.50 plus GST
Prices include freight to NZ but not freight from Auckland to you.
If you would like to order, then delivery to NZ is approx 10 days.

quoted from the e-mail powerflex sent me. just now in fact.

i don't know what spec these are, the guy said they would be fine for racing. so don't know if they would be the same as the group a pug ones.
