Hey Stefany, you may be a little far back down the knowledge chain to help there kiddo, got any friends, family, lovers who can help you out?
Alt. back yard mechanic or mechanical business if you've got any room on your credit card. It's gotta be worth it to keep mobile.
Can you use a screw driver.............hell, just ask the kid at your local service station if he or his mates can help you out.
Open the bonnet of car, centre, front in engine bay is a radiator cap, a dull metal circular thing undo by turning anti clockwise, if you can see inside this and there is no fluid buy some coolant (4 litres) from petrol station and add until full, replace radiator cap, check this next time temp goes up.
good luck

... to add to edge's explanation, do not open the radiator cap when the car is hot and especially not when overheating.
Thanks Gus, bad oversight on my part.
