    Lucky 307 owner.

Peugeot Australia provided some cars to the WRC drivers recently in Perth ... One lucky [email protected] got Richard Burns vehicle, a 307XSI with the steering wheel signed by him, a friend knows the owner, seeing if they can get him to come along to the WA AussieFrog cruise.

He probably got a discount due to the vandalism. Don't worry, some good old Aussie eucalyptus oil should get the marks out mallet whip tongue

The 307 is a very capable car, doing everything efficiently (except acceleration ). I found the few times I've driven one that either it didn't excite until I was going really hard, or I would go too hard and it would treat me to some nasty understeer. Mind you, I have some great memories of really getting into a rhythm driving it and pulling quite a bit of lift-off oversteer

I think the Megane looks a lot more interesting, and I've heard it has great build quality. Only thing is it isn't meant to be as sharp as the 307 or Focus in the dynamics.

    Oh, I'm jealous now.

I want to see photos of this autographed 307 XTC, so you'd better make sure the owner brings it along.

    Derek.
