I want those wheels...wonder how much they are![]()
$1700 in the country.. I know as I had a deposit on them 2 year ago from the UK. the are Speedline CORSE. I like the brake setup, shame he lets it down by not using R rubber,... he he.Originally Posted by Kyle

Yeah the t16 uses a water/air cooler...
I'd have gone for air/air or a vortech water/air cooler, they are pretty darn good cooler
That's an awesome price for those wheels... they 16" or 17"? And they the ones off peugeotsport?
The quote i got was for 17" in matt gold, landed including import tax and delivery. They are actually pretty comon in the UK, made by Speedline and model is CORSE (see the MOMO website under speedline)... didn't get em in the end. - ChrisOriginally Posted by Kyle

Am i stealing the thread here?
do 17" wheels scrub on a lowered or non lowered pug at all?
Yes and No... with correct off-set and not lowered much more than 30mm they dont. But too low and with incorrect off-set they rub like any other good civic on 19's. I had 17's on my car for over 4 years, scrubbed once or twice when the car bottomed out (ie dohhh ) - ChrisOriginally Posted by Kyle

Cheaper than a new set of peugeot alloys, and nicer too![]()
Anyone want a set of cyclones with hrand new high performance rubber![]()
Chris'16 - which site did you use to begin the import process? I mean who were you using to get them into the country?
Would be interested to have a look at their site.
Awesome car, I wonder if he got that motor from an actual t16 or one of those new t16 motors from France??

car looks magnificent. very svelte and sleek especially the rear of car. no badges enhances this effect. Not sure about the spoiler. I think would look better without it. And the mirrors under the bonnet....well I dunno??
What is the black car in the next pic after the photo of the turbocharger? Has, I think peugeot emblem on alloys but profile not obvious

I went looking for white rims for my S16 - tried around 6 different tyre shops (almost all the Wellington ones - hehehehehe) and the cheapest set I could get was around $2500 NZ.
Ended up taking the old pug rims to an engineering shop who cleaned them up ($20 NZ a rim) and then had them powder-coat white ($50 RIM).
I think the look good as my car is RED but they need cleaning every week.
Quick, to the Poojet
No mate..those wheels are not speedline corse...they are rare Compomotive MOs...but it looks really sweet on the 306 anyway...

white powdercoat on the original S16 rims - seems intereting and i've often wondered what they would look like. Got a pic ??Originally Posted by buzzlite

I would think that some well thought out regulation of the right foot would be in order for that![]()
I contacted by email first the FAX a company called Demon Tweek's. Do a search/google and you will find their website. - ChrisOriginally Posted by Blakeynz

Yes seth, your right. The Speedlines look almost exactly the same. Except for the sticker.Originally Posted by senthil16V
From what i remember Compomotives are a ussually more than Speedlines, although both have very high racing pedigree... well spotted. - Chris

Decca, their not mirrors but highly polished bits of metal. As for the balck car i'd have a stab at it being a 309Gti. - ChrisOriginally Posted by Decca

Ok, so where can I order these or the momo corse wheels from???![]()
nice find Alex, good to see Ecosse are still doing great things.
Chris you're right, the black car is a 309...i prefer the chameleon 306 with F50 bonnet in the background though, reminds me of home![]()
Kyle, i should have mentioned this in the PM, but a uk retailer called Demon Tweeks (google for it) is one of the bigger places to order from and are reasonably priced. - ChrisOriginally Posted by Kyle
