Who would have believed we are almost half way through the year! The Spring meet at Gaydon was a great success, with fine weather and an even finer turnout of quality Peugeots. It was good to see a good selection of 405 Mis on display, as well as the usual models.

May saw 53 enthusiasts from the club embark on an 1100 mile trip around Europe, in just 4 days. A fantastic time was had by all, with great camaraderie being shown to keep all the cars on the road. 'Running repairs' included 2 alternator changes, exhaust 'adjustments' and even a cracked sump being repaired- all without a garage in sight. Unbelievably one brave soul had enough of the bumpy Belgian roads, and decided to raise the ride height of the rear of his 205 in the hotel car park- I kid you not! You can read the full write up in the forthcoming edition of 'Torque'.

Please note that we have been having some problems with our mail since our recent change in membership secretary (its gone missing!) so please be patient whilst we await its arrival. We have been told that the post office has now located it, and it should be with Lorna in the next couple of days. The best way to avoid the hold up is to join online!
