Im more than twice your age and really enjoy the 206 Gti.

Had a good country run on Thursday with it and both it and me feeling much better!

I'm a bit closer to your age. Although 30 is only 2.5 years away... (yes, i'm now counting in months). I wish I could've afforded such a decent car at 19. Then again, i've always been really bad at saving.

You should come along for a drive up Mt Mee & Mt Glorious at some point. You'll love it.

Ditto .. at 19 I was driving crap , then again at 22 I was a home owner , while many of my friends drove awesome cars for the next 10 years. Guess who's laughing now Unfortunately I didn't earn enough money to have both . You'll love the 206 though.

I'm 24 and got my 206 XT recently. I sorta regret not getting the GTi but I really didn't want to spend heaps of money and I thought automatic would be easier to drive (think lazy). It goes well and I'm really happy with so yeah.

Did your parents help you out with your house.?

Mine Made me buy a house when i first got my job, sister went halves with me. first car was a stock 2001 corrolla. Then i saw the 206 gti180 so i sold the corrolla and up-graded.
Buying an investment at a young age whike ur still young is the best move you can do. i would highly recomend it.
by the way i just turned 23

I had a certain amount of $'s to spend for a deposit, and after 4 months of looking, found a place that I really liked. My aim was to have 20% so I would avoid mortage insurance and such, but I only had 17% for this place so Yes they helped get it over the 20% mark, on the otherhand they refused to help a single cent with the purchase of a car ... kinda glad NOW they insisted it went on bricks and mortar and not metal and rubber. Houses are assets, cars are an expense, but cars are so much more FUN
