One of the lightest ever 17" rim that is compatable with a 206 is the Genuine Peugeot 206GTi180 rim ... at 8.39kg they are light. Yes there is lighter, but most are not 206 compatable and the OZ ones that are, only the white version is lighter.

In the end you could buy an OZ rim that's 1kg lighter and end up unknowingly buying a tyre thats 1kg heavier...
my mates new rims (only 16's though) are 3.6kg each on his GTi-R...but having a rare stud pattern/pcd it would be quite hard to find decent wheels...
