scrap what i originally posted *bangs head* and types this is a GTi 10 times but yes a BA7/5 or BA10/5 should fit... the best way to go about things would be to find a manual 505 GTi at a wreackersOriginally Posted by young 4 old pug
looking at partslocator.com.au there seems to be a few manual 505 wreacks at Parramatta Prestige Auto Centre

BA7/5 yes and to do it all you need is a donor car to get a box, bell housing, flywheel, gear lever and linkages, tunnel cover and cntre console parts, clutch pedal and clutch cylinders
once you have all those bits it's fairly straight forward

Kenny,
Around here it's right place and right time, who you know and chance. Unless you're lucky try Melbourne and Sydney. Get a 505GR/SR with a BA7/5, they fit straight in. What about that bloke in Holbrook? Is that a manual? Did you get the 604?
Matt.
