    Default 405 power steering

    Hi Everyone,

I am the new owner of a 1990 405 mi16. The power steering belt was had it when I got it, and barely I think turning the pump if at all. So there was no power steering. Just tonight I changed the belt with the help of my brother, and now the power steering works. It seems to work ok at driving speed, but is still a bit pulsy and inconsistent at low carpark rpm. Is this normal? Is this a symptom of any other underlying probloem with the power steering? The fluid is full too, checked that.

    Any help appreciated,
    Thanks,
    Greg
