Have you lost the drivers airbag because of the new steering wheel ?

[edit - just saw the photo's seems you did ... everything else looks great, but I'd feel safer knowing an airbag is there]

It's an interesting looking car. Has the air filter made much of a change to performance?

    17'' OZ SUPERTURISMO WRC
    206 GT BODYKIT
    SPARCO Wheel
    DEVIL muffler end
    K&N Inbox GTI180 AIRFILTER
    AP Springs

This is the final layout of my mods. Also The music system is replaced with ALPINE-HEADUNIT
    ROCKFORD FOSGATE Amplifier and SUB
    MB QUART Speakers

    And the answers:
Yes I have cancelled airbag, and i know its a risk but its enjoyable to drive with that wheel, the control feeling of the steering is increased as its closer to my hands...

no my wheels are 17'' but in that photo as the car stands on a slope, the wheels are away from the body, also these photos are taken before the back of the car was lowered.....

The red button is the airbag control for passanger, you can cancel airbag with your key...

and also i have an advice about air filters:
i have used kn rc 3250 open universal air filter
    pipercross viper kit

both of them are useless except the noise,

choose inbox kn filters for performance

Yes I know what you mean, the number one thing missing from all 206's is reach adjustable steering, it would make the car more comfortable for more people .. that is for sure.

    Firstly, welcome to the forum.

Its a unique look but its not really the look id like on my GTi 180.

Extension of the front and rear spoiler lip gives it a hat like appearence.

WRC rims are nice but Ive always liked the look of them on the 206 WRC car, dunno doesnt suit the 180. Perhaps the car isnt low enough or white n grey dont go.

As for the streering, im getting the impression of a arcade style look. As mentioned above I also prefer to keep the airbag.

Perhaps im just to mundane when it comes to the asthetics of the 180. I like the original look, although dropping it a few inches, polished or whitened 180 rims and adding a nice dark black tint is about as much I would like to change when it comes to exterior.

As for performance mods, K&N typhoon kit as well as the remus exhaust the germans are using are very interesting. Just like to have some hard data before i invest in them.

Anyway welcome once again to the forum and sorry if the above offends.

Each to there own as they say
