S16 HVAC - what the??

Im sure this is just a 'French character' thing but just to check..

Is it normal when having the ventilation controls set on Floor or Windscreen to still have air coming through the face vents?

There dosent seem to be much in the way of floor heating unless all face vents are closed. This seems an odd way of doing if

Most 306's i have driven (including my S16) do this too. The air is minimal, but can still be felt. I wonder how newer model 306's are, N5 owners what's your responce?-Chris

i hate hot air blowing on my face. my upper vents typically stay closed all winter long
