    Default warning light

Ok, I've done a search for this in two forums but couldn't find anything:

The 'BREAK' warning light in my 505 comes on and off randomly, sometimes
flickering, sometimes permanently on. Haven't had a new set of brake pads
in a while. Could this be the problem? Checked the break fluid level - fine.
What is this warning light for?

could possibly be pad wear, check the little cables connected to the brake pads and make sure they are all pushed into place into the connectors properly.if they wont push in ,the pads are worn too much.

Could be the hand brake being a little bit on.

It is usually warning of worn out brake pads. They must be pretty worn if they are down to the warning wire
