The Alfa for sure. Its just plain beautiful! My old man had a 156 recently and the interior is so comofortable and stylish it was a shame about the performance!

However, you may want to hold out for a year and buy a pre-loved one from some fool who didn't research the depreciation statistics

    bi turbo diesel? nice.

how are insurance on diesel turbos? I know insurance companies still come down pretty hard on low-pressure turbos about diesel turbos for passenger cars?

Oh? I didn't know about that but there...

I found more information about the bi turbo diesel. It's already available here in the Jaguar S-Type. The engine has 152kw/208pk and a 6 gear box. Top speed (for the Jag) is around 230km/u.

I hate to say it, but as lovely as the 406 coupe is, it does not even compare to the alfa. The alfa is hot. It pulls looks like nothing else. Makes the 406 look bland.

Does the 407 Turbo Diesel take the normal diesel fuel that all the trucks and vans use? or is there a Voltex Diesel?

Hey choiboi, insurance is a little bit better for a turbo diesel as opposed to petrol, but any turbo at all is gonna push it up a fair bit, and peugeot is hardly a cheap to repair throw away daihatsu (no offence daihatsu fans) or anything so they already rate mid-range on the scale...

That's at the company that i work at, but i'd say it's generally similar with all the others.

I saw two alfa Gt's in the flesh for the first time today, prior to this is was just the ad & a billboard that convinced me that the alfa look super hot & i must say after having a good look at it today, its good but i think the 406 coupe has nicer lines.

The alfa reminds me a bit of the 307cc to be honest (however looks alot better than a 307cc)!! Both cars are very sexy however, imho the 406 coupe has a 'simple look of beauty with timeless elegant lines' the alfa is sexy & thats about it!!!
