    HI EVERYONE
I REPLACED MY WATER PUMP WITH SOME DIFICULTY AND WHEN TRYING TO RESET THE TENTIONING SPRING ON TIMEING BELT I THINK I DROPED A TIMEING COVER BOLT SPACER INSIDE THE TIMEING COVER.THAUGHT I GOT IT OUT, PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER AND TRIED TO CRANK IT OVER AND NO GO.
MY QUESTION IS TO TAKE THE TIMEING COVER OFF AND HAVE A GOOD LOOK INSIDE TO SEE IF I LEFT SOMETHING INSIDE, IS THE CRANK PULLY EASY OR HARD TO GET OFF.

Crank pulley is fairly easy to get off. Just undo the bolt in the centre and lever the pulley forward with a rocking motion, It sits on a boss and two locating pins. Pete
