That is the third time this has been posted, I did it on the 2nd of June and it was supposedly fixed a few days later when one of the people from the car place saw it. Maybe they figured they were getting better publicity this way.

I wish Peugeot would make a lightweight car type all road 4WD, like the Subaru Forrester BUT with one of the fantastic new PSA turbodiesel engines. I reckon it would be a winner, especially in the African, South American and Australian markets where the old high ground clearance RWD Pugs sold well.

For a while you could get an AWD 306 wagon with slightly increased ground clearance, which was much like a Forester, but they were only made in limited numbers (AWD conversion done by Dangel) and I haven't heard if there are any plans to replace them.

I'm not proposing Peugeot build a 2 tonne monster SUV ( I hate those things), just a medium car size vehicle which builds on the dirt road capabilities which the RWD Pugs used to have, using the lastest technology.

Yes Peugeot wasted a golden opportunity to build on their 405T16 experience by building a true supercar AWD twin turbo V6 version of the 406 coupe, to match its looks. Dumb!
