405 SRI vs STI: whats the differnce

Can someone tell me what the difference is between a 405 STI and an SRI? Which is considered the better model?
    Thanks

The STi is the luxury version, with leather, alloys etc. I think all are automatic. The SRi is the "value" model, still well equipped, but available either as a manual or auto. If it was me, I'd buy a manual SRi. Or maybe an SRDT, an SRi with a turbo-diesel engine.
