    Default 504 Indicator gremlins

    Hi All.
My hazard lights on my 504 don't work, and haven't for a while...not sure why - fuse is fine.
Today I hit the hazard switch by mistake, thinking it was the rear window defroster ( it was dark)
Now lost all indicator function, fuse is good still.
    Questions would be ...?
Where is the flasher unit located ?...and any Pug crew have any thoughts on this before I go to an auto electrical mob.
    Many thanks.
    Cheers.
    Pughead.

Operate the hazard warning switch while you have an indicator working ,from memory the circuit to the lights go through that switch ,weather its in operation or not ,could be a loose connection .pugs

The hazard switch itself is problematic in 504s and 604s. I had a problem with my 604's indicators a while back and it turned out to be the hazard switch. I drew up a wiring diagram (604 and 504 are very similar) which you can grab from this thread.

    Have fun,

    Rob.
