Default 505 power assist steering pump

Good day everyone my power steering pump developed a leak as in fill up reservoir and next day its on the ground. About 15yrs ago i took apart one of these for a 505STi Douvrin equiped model. I know there's a large O-ring seal sandwiched between bowl and top of pump. Thing is i just can't recall how heck i took it apart. Probably with not so gentle persuasion. If anybody has any tips on taking it apart without much frustration will much like to hear from you.

    Cheers

    Good day,
Canít offer anything too useful, sorry, other than to confirm there is an O Ring that can be replaced. My 505 had a similar leak, was at garage for fixing & re-regoing, garage rang me to say new pump needed, then again after 24hrs to say they couldnít get one but had stripped down old one & replaced O Ring.
    Regards Rob
