Default NOS Peugeot 404 Front Grill Badge

It is rare for one of these to appear for sale!!! Let alone in Australia...

Be interesting to see what price it eventually goes for.

With the way 404s are valued by car collectors in Australia.

It could be lucky to raise a bid from an Australian ebay member.

If overseas enthusiasts see the item the bidding is likely to skyrocket.

You are closer to the action how much ?

    My guess is $A 150-300

Paid about the same asking price in Australian dollars, about 5 years ago from a French seller.

I agree wholeheartedly with you Robmac, a minimum of $150 is reasonable. That's about 95 Euros at current exchange rates. Since purchasing mine, this is the first one I have seen advertised anywhere. There has been a few of the smaller commercial versions floating around.

In 2014 I bought a new 403 grille from 1966 with this badge on it at Peugeot Classic in Sochaux. Gave the grille to Michel Verdier and kept the badge, which is now on my 404C. $150 would be fair.
