Default 203 wiper motor let out the smoke

Damn I want my money back. The windings on the armature burnt out on my wiper motor on the 1953 203. You'd think it would last longer than 64 years. They don't make 'em like they used to.
I seem to remember mention of a place that might rewind that kind of thing?
Otherwise does anyone have a spare for sale?
    Help. Please.

Peugeot used the same wiper motor on the Rear window of the 505 wagon. A second hand would be decades younger and have much less use.

Thanks Colin, I'll hang out for a proper one though. I have one back in the Hunter but I'm thinking there could be some round here.
Does anyone know Damian Jenkins in Murwillumbah?
Also a couple of people have 203 wrecks in the hills nearby.
The 505 clue might work, are they really the same ? A bit like rockinghorse $hit though those wagons. I think I'll spot a 203 before one of them.

Thanks Ian, seeing as how the windings on the armature have burnt I'll have a chat with Sydney Motor Rewinds. I have rewound lots of guitar pickups but never an electric motor. Not going there even at this stage of life.
    Thanks for the link.
