    Default 205 spare wheel tool

    Hi all,
I'm new to the world of Peugeot having recently bought a 205 GTi. I've been for a couple of longer drives so far, and I've gotten used to the acceleration, but still can't believe how well it handles
Anyway, I don't appear to have the original jack which I believe has a removeable?? handle that you use to lower the spare tyre down. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could use/make/improvise for this purpose? I haven't had to change a tyre yet but I figure it would be a good idea to be prepared.

Check for the wheelbrace first, mines under the bonnet at the driver's side inner guard. The funny shape on the end of that is for lowering the spare. Otherwise get one from another car (I know the Renault 16 one works) which has a T-piece on the end.

My jack is under the passenger's seat, the location varies, but the handle is fixed to that.

Well wouldn't you know it, there was indeed a wheelbrace tucked up in the drivers side front guard. It was just hidden behind an aircon pipe and the siren for my alarm. Thanks for your help
