I think I have a spare complete seat rail, not sure if its drivers or passenger. I will be able to check for you later

Do you mean the mechanism that adjusts the rake of the seat back, or the mechanism that allows you to tilt the whole seat and base forward to allow passengers into the back. I can possibly help with the latter, but the former is much harder to separately replace.

I like to remove the tilt mechanism for a lower seating position and less seat movement. Just get in on the passenger side.

Unless you are short, I too would recommend removing the tilt mechanism completely. Be aware, however, that the seatbelt buckle mounts to that mechanism, so if you remove the tilt mechanism you need to make up a new seatbelt buckle mount. Huw knows how to do it now because he made one up for my car a couple of months ago that works well.

PS - why is your jack under the drivers side seat? It should be under the passenger side. There should be a location there where a bolt goes through the jack and into the dedicated mounting location under the seat to hold it firm.
