    Default Peugeot Air Filters

    Greetings

I have a box of brand new air filters. On the boxes it says they are for Peugeot. It does not identify the model. Looking at the boxes, I'd say the filters are most likely for 203 / 403/ 404. They are cylindrical in shape and concertina so as to fit over something.

203, 403 and 404s have oil bath air filters. Any chance of a pic?

I assume nobody is interested in these filters so I guess I'll throw them out?

I stand to be corrected but I don't think they are from either a 203, 403, 404, 504, 505 or 406. It couldn't be for 203s, 403s and 404s and 504s as they have oil bath oil filters. Later 504s have a foam element as do those on 505 GTi. 505 GTi elements are 200mm long. Don't know about late 505.

It's be a shame to throw them away. If no one wants them maybe see if PCCNSW are interested.

    Greetings.

I checked the filters last night. They are approximately 160mm long by 100mm in diameter.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards

You know, these look like part number 1445.xx which are listed in the 403 parts manual and seem about the same size. They could be the removable air cleaner elements found in 403Bs. Ive owned a 403B so don't really know. As I suggested before, if no one puts there hands up, donate them to the PCCNSW.

    Peter

They've found a good home. You were right they fit a 403.
