Default Rust in a '84 505 - whats bad and whats not?

Continuing my search for a mythical clean, solid and local 505 I may have found something in Sydney.
A quick look over the car revealed rust in the following locations:

1: Drivers side front door, inner skin rotted through at the bottom. Clearly blocked drainage holes.
2: All other doors have a similar level of rust.
3: Drivers side, B-Pillar, small rust hole at the bottom.
4: Small bubbles appearing under the paint on the wheel arches.
5: Quite a lot of deep rust in the rear left corner of the boot. Not quite through the floor but not good.

Otherwise the car is mechanically sound, auto shifts well, engine is very smooth (K-jet, urgh) and the interior is OK. The usual cracks on the dash and decomposing wheel...

Overall a bit of a project to get up to standard for a daily driver. I'm happy to fix small mechanical things and pay someone for the bigger stuff but I'm really not keen on body work, especially any welding since I can't do that myself.

Given that info, walk away and keep searching or take the plunge into financial ruin for a silly old french car?
I'm tempted if only to rescue another car from being scrapped!

If you are unable to remove rusted sections and reweld yourself, you will pay someone a lot of money do this.
Any money spent this way will not increase the value of the car by a dollar.

Rust in B pillar, what about the rust you can't see underneath.

Wait to get a one owner, garaged and never driven in last 25 years. Will be much cheaper in long run

Hmm, echos my thoughts then. Will have to keep searching. I hate rust...
