    Default Mechanic in Brisbane

I'm looking for a mechanic in Brisbane to replace a timing belt on 407 2.2 petrol.

Can someone recommend one who's not going to charge a lot but is yet competent?

They all charge a lot. Call each and get a quote.

Euroserve, Peugeotech and Le French Moteur are all competent.

I used Euroserve for our 407 but it is a 2.0 Hdi.

I used to take my Citroen to Carlos but last time I took it there I was charged $120 for a useless ridiculous quote. And there was no Carlos around. While I think they can do the job, I'm not taking my business to them.

Those engines are quite similar in terms of belts. Do you recall how much was labour and parts?
