    Default easiest way to put a temperature gauge in my 205

    at the moment my car doesn't have a temperature guage it only has the warning light im looking at fiting one because the warning light doesn't tell you enough. what would be my easiest option as wih regards to this could i fit a 205 gti dash or would it be easier to some how wire up a sepearate gauge

    Yes, just fit a Gti dash. I've got a few spare if you can't find one up there. You can either use the existing wire, on run a second for the guage. The Gti has two senders (light and guage) in the thermostat housing.

    In regards to your other post about more power, why not put on a GTi inlet manifold and an aftermarket fuel only ECU? I've got spare manifolds and fuel only Haltechs are very cheap in the US (ebay.com).

    ok thanks for the info, i'll have a look see if i can find a GTI dash here in queensland, if not your offer sounds good, what sort of price would you be looking at selling a dash for ? also what would i be looking at in regards to fiting the gti inlet manifold and how much extra power would it give me ?
