Does anyone know if the flywheel and ring gear for an early 604 engine is the same as that for a Volvo 264?

Thanks Philip, It looks right. I am about to pick up a ring gear/plate from a 604 auto. We think that it should be possible to cut the ring gear from the plate and fit it to my flywheel.
However, I'm still not certain if my flywheel is from a Volvo (the engine is). I guess that I will have to get it out to compare.

    cheers, Don

Don, Volvo and Peugeot flywheels are very different. Your 604 was fitted with a proper Peugeot flywheel.

Volvo flywheel is much heavier for a start.
