Default 407 hdi - air in fuel line

I may have discovered why the 407 is running rough. I've noticed air bubbles in the fuel line post fuel filter. I think it might be the connector to the filter outlet. There are no signs of air in the fuel line pre filter.

Has anyone had this problem? I'm thinking a new section of fuel line.

The air leak was because the o-ring inside the filter canister wasn't sealing. When I primed the fuel after checking the filter, fuel poured out the join between the top and bottom of the canister. I picked up a new filter from Repco which comes with an o-ring.

All fixed. No air in the fuel line and motor is running quieter and smoother.
