    Default 206cc help please?

I have a 2006 206cc with a 2.0L motor. It has a problem where it hesitates and lacks power off idle and is worse when cold.
    It otherwise runs quite well.

I have connected a obd2 scanner and made the following observations.

The TPS ( i don't know if it's showing me pedal position or throttle body position) at rest is 15-16% and won't go past 80% when floored.
Is this normal for these cars?

It also had a stored P0410 code for a secondary air injection system fault.
It has never shown a CEL as far as I've been told.
Does/can this cause an off idle stumble?
Can someone tell me where the air pump is located and where it's fuse is? (I assume it's electric)

I'll get the car on my hoist later and see if I can follow the air injection piping back from the exhaust via it's check valves etc..

Anything else common to these cars that may cause this symptom?

    MANY thanks,
    Ben.

The cold stumble is possibly lifters, a known issue. The air pump is usually down low at the front - follow the tubing back from the solenoid valve on the side of your head.

Thanks for your suggestions. I hadn't heard about the lifters, so I'll do some reading on that issue however they don't make any unusual noise on startup..

I read where someone else wrote about a similar issue they had had for years. Their suggestion was to turn the key to ON, wait for the dash to cycle through the oil level display and lamp test etc, then start the motor.
It doesn't make much sense to me, but so far this has eliminated most of my symptoms.
I have a Planet setup on the way to further pinpoint the problem though.
