    Hi,
has anyone played with their new window seals yet,and would you like to share the removal and fitting process

ive put in a front and back before, used plastic levers and a sharp sharp stanly knife to remove, (watch ya paint),

for installation clean everything first then use the rope "trick" best goggle it as its hard to explain, use 2 people for it and soapy water in a spray bottle.

search on youtube and there are a few tutorials, good luck

leftcoast: You're talking about windscreen seals, but I'm pretty sure the question was about the recently group-purchased window scraper rubbers. I can't help with justpugs's question, but thought it worth pointing this out in case he starts sharpening his Stanley knife.

    Have fun,

    Rob.

Yes I have done it...and posted a thread a few months ago. Even though I have recently purchased the seal as part of the group buy, I sourced a good second hand rubber and put that in.

Search using my user name might the quickest

    Cheers

Ok...what else is there to do on a Friday night......

One down, 3 to go! The new rubber is fairly easy to install compared with removing the old harden rubber.

I left a little overhang on the ends to allow for shrinkage, but will see how this goes and may trim back closer to a neat finish
