where to get 505 parts?

    Icon5 where to get 505 parts?

    hey all,whats doing?need a little help,i own a 1980 505 and an 1982 sti 505 and was wondering if you fellas know of a good wreakers and/or spare parts outlet in nsw,perferabley in the hunter valley?

    failing that theres RENO WRECk and EuroCenter at Tugrah..

    dont have the respective phone numbers on my tho

    hi jono,thanks for the reply.the only part i realy need at the moment is a fuel distributor,my dad rang a wreakers on the coast somewhere and priced one at $150.00 which is reasonable i think.but just havent the money at the moment as i will be going away in about 4 weeks to qld for a holliday.

    p.s i will let you know of anything else i need though.

    forgive me if i'm wrong but any old 504 or 505 wreak should have the parts that your after, and that shouldn'y be to hard to find. have you tryed looking through the trading post

    any old 504 or 505 wreak should have the parts that your after
    If he's after the fuel distributor from an STi then only the STi will have it as they are the only Mech Injected that seem to be easy to get them off, that I know of at least......

    BTW I have one from my other car, still sitting in the airflow meter (I suppose you'd call it), I worked fine on my old car but has been under my parents house for about 10-11 months. Just in case you have trouble with the wreckers....

    But yes other than that most parts should be the sameish ...........
