Default Replacing radio/CD player with after-market unit

Just wondering if there are any 'gotchas' to be aware of if we were to replace the radio/CD player in our 2005 Peugeot 307 HDi wagon with an after-market Pioneer stereo (with iPod connector)

    Thanks for any help...

With the diagnostic software, set the radio to "other" in the configuration menu. That should see you sorted. Make sure to identify the live and switched feeds and respect this order with the new install - some radios come arse-about.

Yes, that sort of thing. There is an English chap who is really big on after-sales support for the less savvy buyers, otherwise if you're confident with technology then something like you linked is good.

Everyone with a 307 needs this!

Also, I believe that you will no longer be able to change the time on the centre display...
